Cancellations by Customers
Customers may cancel their booking by contacting our support team at info@zoomriderentals.store. For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental charge.
Early Returns
If a vehicle is returned before the end of the agreed rental period, no partial refunds will be issued for unused days. Customers are encouraged to book for the exact duration required to avoid unnecessary charges.
No-Show Policy
If a customer does not show up to collect the reserved vehicle at the agreed time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the vehicle will be released back into our fleet.
Vehicle Condition and Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued if the vehicle is returned with damages, missing accessories, or in a condition that violates the rental agreement. Any costs for repairs or cleaning due to negligence or misuse will be deducted from the security deposit.
Cancellations by ZoomRide Rentals
In rare cases where we must cancel a booking due to vehicle unavailability, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their rental at no extra cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
